About Us
Born and based on the Nature Coast, we manage every home ourselves. When you call, you get a neighbor, not a call center three states away.
Our story
We started Marisol & Co. with a simple conviction
The best coastal homes deserve to be booked the honest way, directly, without the layers of fees that big platforms pile on. Every home in our collection sits on Florida's Nature Coast and beyond, cared for by a local team that lives a short drive away. We handle the details, the dock lines, the clean linens, the sunset chairs, so your only job is to show up.
What we value
